​Enquiries & Quotations
All cakes are made to order. An enquiry is required in order to create a personalised quote based on size, number of tiers, design detail, and delivery requirements.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee availability and does not constitute a booking. Quotes are valid for a limited time and may be subject to change if details are amended.
Bookings & Payment
Bookings are only secured once a 50% non-refundable deposit has been received. Until payment is made, dates will not be held in the diary.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by the agreed date prior to collection or delivery. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the order.
Design & Finish
All cakes are handmade and finished by hand. While every effort is made to match agreed designs, slight variations in colour, finish, or decoration may occur and are considered part of the handmade nature of the product.
Reference images are used as inspiration only and cannot be guaranteed to be replicated exactly.
Changes & Amendments
Any changes to your order should be requested as early as possible. Minor amendments may be accommodated subject to notice and availability. Significant changes may result in a revised quote. Final design details should be confirmed by the agreed cut-off date prior to your event.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, any payments made cannot be transferred to another date unless agreed at discretion.
Delivery & Collection
Delivery can be arranged and is priced separately based on location and delivery date. While every care is taken during transport, responsibility for the cake passes to the client once delivery has been completed.
Some cakes cannot be collected as they may require assembly on site. Collection times must be agreed in advance. Once a cake has been collected, responsibility passes to the client.
Storage & Handling
Cakes should be stored according to the guidance provided at the time of collection or delivery. I cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by improper storage, handling, or environmental conditions (including heat).
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Please share any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of enquiry. While vegan and dairy-free options are available, all cakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, and cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
Portions
Portion guides are provided as an estimate only. Actual portion sizes may vary depending on how the cake is cut.
